Exalto won the research tender for SETH (Ship Emissions Treatment in Harbours) project

SETH (Ship Emissions Treatment in Harbours) research project has been selected for grant by the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia with a budget of 935.000 €.

 The project aims to develop a prototype to capture emissions from ships in harbours. The system will include the following modules:

1)      Fumes collecting bonnet

2)      Robotic arm

3)      Fumes Pipes

The project will be developed in collaboration with the Institute of Atmospheric Pollution of the National Research Center (CNR) for emissions control, Green Engineers for the development of the prototype and TIUKE for the bonnet control system.

SETH will last for 24 months and the first sales should be launched at the end of the project.
