Green Tenants - “Green and Smart Buildings” Tender of Lazio Region
Exalto is leader partner in research project Green Tenants, developed in cooperation with CNR-IIA (Institute on Atmospheric Pollution) for the PO FESR 2014-2020 of Lazio Region. The objective is the realization of a technological solution (IT platform and local devices) able to increase the energy efficiency of buildings in an active way, to reduce emissions, to optimize indoor microclimatic conditions, through a network of monitoring and control systems. Green Tenants can operate on electric loads and storage systems, modeling the load curve with the aim of maximizing self-consumption, assuring the utility a less irregular load, monitoring the emission parameters of the building at the local level and of all the buildings connected to the platform.
