Green Tenants
The Green Tenants project aims to improve the energy efficiency of tertiary sector buildings in Lazio, with the goal of reducing emissions and energy consumption. It involves the creation of an information technology platform and hardware components to monitor and control the use of resources in buildings.
The system will monitor the consumption of all electrical utilities and, if present, generation and storage systems; otherwise, it will simulate their operation. It will be possible to optimize the operation of existing systems, program generation and storage systems to maximize self-consumption, and make buildings smarter and more efficient.
Green Tenants also include a module for indoor air quality control, linking energy savings to the well-being of occupants. A central platform will collect consumption data and allow remote control of equipment to eliminate waste. There is also the possibility of interaction with energy providers to agree on more convenient tariffs based on consumption flexibility. In summary, it is an integrated system to reduce energy consumption, increase the use of renewable energy sources, and minimize environmental impact.
